The scheme will need to meet legal requirements for Biodiversity Net Gain and include landscaping to mitigate visual impacts, whichever option is chosen as the preferred route.

The potential Scheme options presented in the public engagement materials do not include drainage, landscaping, any land required for flood mitigation or Biodiversity Net Gain. These design elements will be considered in the next stage of scheme development.
